David E. Eisner, Chief Executive Officer
David Eisner founded Dataprise in 1995 and has led its growth from tiny technology start-up to recognized leader in providing managed IT services to small and medium-size businesses. An Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award® recipient, Mr. Eisner oversees Dataprise's strategic vision and development. Mr. Eisner was recently honored with the Tech Council of Maryland's Executive of the Year award as well as being named to the MSPMentor 250 Top People in Managed Services.
Mr. Eisner holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science from the University of Maryland and The Johns Hopkins University, respectively. He is an alumnus of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and the Board of Visitors for the College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences at the University of Maryland.

Scott R. Gordon, President & Chief Operating Officer
A seasoned operations professional with more than a decade of technical management experience, Scott R. Gordon has been with Dataprise since its inception. Today he oversees administration and daily operations for all facets of Dataprise's technical services business.
During his tenure with the firm, Mr. Gordon spearheaded the development of Dataprise's key internal procedures and strategic operations. Prior to joining Dataprise, he worked in a variety of technical management roles including running the IT department for a major service provider. In 2012, Mr. Gordon was recognized with a Smart CXO Award from SmartCEO Magazine. Mr. Gordon graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Mitchell J. Paige, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Mitchell Paige brings two decades of financial management experience to Dataprise. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mitchell was a manager in a regional CPA firm and Controller and Chief Financial Officer of private companies in the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors. In these roles, he developed knowledge and expertise in the areas of corporate finance, financial reporting, cash management, interpretation of financial results, strategic planning and general business administration.
Mr. Paige is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992 and a member of the AICPA and MACPA. Mr. Paige is a past president of the Save-A-Heart Foundation and former treasurer of Baltimore Adapted Recreation and Sports.

David A. Dekowski, Vice President of Business Development
An award-winning sales management professional, David Dekowski joined the Dataprise team in 2003 and has more than 20 years of experience in the computer services industry. Mr. Dekowski has been integral to Dataprise's growth and development, overseeing both daily sales operations and sales team business development efforts.
A Certified Cisco Sales Specialist, Mr. Dekowski is a two-time recipient of Dataprise's national Business Development Award. He previously worked as a district sales manager for Paychex, Inc., a leading provider of payroll, human resources and benefits outsourcing. Mr. Dekowski holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Towson University.

Eric J. Leff, Vice President of Carrier & Telephony Services
Since joining the Dataprise team in 2002, Eric Leff has played an instrumental role in the growth of the company's Carrier and Telephony Service offerings. Leveraging his many years of business development and marketing experience in the technology industry, Mr. Leff has established and maintained strategic relationships with premier carrier partners. Before joining Dataprise, Mr. Leff spent seven years with MCI, where he won numerous business development awards.
Mr. Leff holds a bachelor's degree in consumer economics and marketing from the University of Maryland.
Mick Shah, Vice President of Technical Services
Mick Shah joined Dataprise in 2006 and is primarily responsible for leading the firm’s technical service delivery for the company. In his role, Mr. Shah manages all aspects of client operations including running the company’s Enterprise Services, Technical Services, Help Desk Services and Managed Services divisions.
Mr. Shah has over a decade of hands-on technical management experience and possesses both the technical and customer service skills required in this challenging position. Mr. Shah holds a bachelor's and master’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.

Christopher A. Sousa, Vice President of Enterprise Design
Christopher Sousa joined the Dataprise team in 2008 as the head of our Cloud Services division. As our Vice President of Enterprise Design, Mr. Sousa is now responsible for technical solution design, pricing, and technical support for our business capture teams. He also works on researching cutting-edge technologies and developing new products and services to add to the Dataprise service portfolio.
Mr. Sousa has over a decade of experience working at Managed Service Providers including two MSPs in metro Atlanta serving in various technical and managerial roles. He studied Computer Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University, and holds numerous technical certifications including Certified Novell Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and VMware Certified Professional.

Francisco Xaviar, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Francisco Xaviar joined the Dataprise team in 2006. As our Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, FX is responsible for overseeing our projects and program management engagements. A veteran of the United States Air Force, FX has over 20 years of management and information technology expertise.
Prior to joining Dataprise, Francisco was the Network Administrator of the United States Trade and Development Agency where he organized, structured and maintained the entire USTDA network, website and IT policies and procedures.
Francisco attended the Community College of the Air Force and the University of Maryland where he studied Business Administration. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Networking Associate as well as a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Charles "Chaz" M. Chalkley, Director of Support Services
Before joining Dataprise in 2005, Mr. Chalkley managed operations for a small IT consulting company specializing in computer and network solutions. As Dataprise's Director of Support Services, Mr. Chalkley uses his more than 10 years of technical and customer service expertise to ensure that Dataprise network engineers and operations staff consistently deliver the highest quality technical services across company's diverse client base.
Mr. Chalkley holds numerous technical certifications as well as a bachelor's degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.

Adam P. Granquist, Director of Cloud Services
Adam Granquist joined the Dataprise team in 2012. As our Director of Cloud Services, Mr. Granquist is responsible for overseeing all Cloud, Data Center and Dataprise internal IT operations. Mr. Granquist also works very closely with our Enterprise Design team as a Subject Matter Expert for cloud, virtualization and storage projects.
Before joining Dataprise, Mr. Granquist gained a decade of experience working for CGI and energy utility companies supporting large, mission critical IT infrastructure.
Mr. Granquist attended the Tasmanian Polytechnic College in Australia where he studied Information Technology. Mr. Granquist holds many technical certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, VMware Certified Advanced Professional in Data Center Design, Citrix Certified Administrator and ITILv3.

Marissa A. Withers, Director of Human Resources & Recruiting
Since joining the Dataprise team in 2005, Marissa Withers has played an integral role in the growth of the company by hiring talented employees and improving employee satisfaction and retention. She presently is responsible for over-seeing all hiring and Human Resources/Employee Relations initiatives across the company. Leveraging her passion for people and interpersonal skills, she has identified the right staffing strategies, spearheaded the company's new hire orientation process, and facilitated an employee-oriented culture.
Ms. Withers holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Delaware and in 2012, received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
