If you are a current client with an active Signature® Network Support plan, you may request an emergency ServerDown!® on-site response for network-wide emergencies.

Emergency ServerDown!® support may be requested by calling 1-888-414-8111 Ext. 4.

Dataprise Rapid Response Guarantee

We're always there when you need us:

If a Dataprise technician fails to arrive at your place of business within four hours of your call, we'll credit you the cost of the visit, up to $400.

This is a service level "with teeth"—typically made available by other IT firms to only the largest clients with the biggest budgets.



Please note that you may incur an additional charge for emergency service depending on the number of emergency response visits included in your Signature® Network Support plan.
