Position: Help Desk Engineer

Position: Account Executive

We are looking for entrepreneurial sales executives to join our growing team for
ground floor opportunities. In addition to having demonstrated outside sales experience
and possessing business development skills necessary to identify, capture and grow
new opportunities, candidates should be comfortable working independently with limited

Position: Novell Engineer
Location(s): DC Metro

Position responsibilities:
- Provide on-site proactive network maintenance and
break/fix troubleshooting support to Dataprise clients in the Maryland, Northern
Virginia, and DC areas.
- Most work will involve an intricate knowledge and
experience with Novell NetWare & GroupWise versions 5.x and 6.x in addition
to Active Directory and Exchange 2000 or later.
- Job applicants must be able to commute to multiple
sites per day within up to 25 miles of their home, work independently and be articulate
verbal and written communicators.
- As primary engineers for Dataprise clients, the
Novell Engineer will assume the role of in-house LAN Administrator for several small-
and medium-sized businesses, and requires the knowledge and skill set to manage
their networks with the help of a support team.

Position: Cisco Engineer

Position responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data networking and telecommunications
systems (hardware and software) for Dataprise clients in the Maryland, Northern
Virginia, and DC areas.
- Analyze network characteristics (e.g., traffic,
connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes, and throughput), troubleshoot problems
and recommend procurement, removals, and modifications to network components.
- Optimize network topologies and site configurations.
- Assist in the planning and conduct of installations,
transitions, conversions and cutovers of network components and capabilities.
- Monitor operations of telecommunications systems
and services of vendors.
- Coordinate requirements with users and suppliers.
- Perform network administration and provide technical
support in the integration and test of computer integrated networks.

Position: Technical Writer

We are looking for a talented technical writer in our Rockville, Maryland headquarters to support the full life-cycle of technical proposal development.
Position responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director of Enterprise Services to analyze, write, edit and deliver proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives and Network Engineers to write, edit, and create purchase agreements, user guides, technical manuals and technical documentation.
- Write, edit and proof technical proposals for network technology related products and services.
