Position: Network Field Engineer (Senior and Mid-Level)

We are looking for only the best network engineers to join our world class technical team. Candidates should possess demonstrated hands on knowledge of heterogeneous LAN technologies and the ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment. Position responsibilities:

• Installing, integrating and supporting desktop and server technologies
• Interfacing with clients and communicating with management

Position: Help Desk Engineer
Location(s): DC Metro
Timeframe: Immediate

We are looking for only the best help desk engineers to join our world class technical team. Candidates should possess demonstrated hands on knowledge of heterogeneous LAN technologies and the ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment. Position responsibilities:

• Provide user support services including help desk functions and user training.
• Provide phone and in-person advice to users in areas such as e-mail, directories, desktop applications, and project-specific applications.
• Perform troubleshooting of problems in hardware, software, peripherals and communications.
• Conduct user needs assessments.

Position: Account Executive
Location(s): DC Metro

We are looking for energetic, polished, and enthusiastic account executives to join our growing sales team. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the drive to identify, capture and grow new opportunities.

Position responsibilities:

• Promotes and sells Dataprise products and services through business development activities including, but not limited to, prospecting, business networking, strategic partner development, outbound telephone calls, direct marketing, and company generated sales leads.
• Develops relationships with new customers by utilizing excellent communication skills, business savvy, and a high degree of professionalism.
• Develops a pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities large enough to exceed financial goals and manages pipeline via company forecast tools.
• Responsible for capturing service hours in quota credit per month.
• Teams with Sales Manager (as required) to run prospect and customer appointments and close business.
• Meets monthly and annual quota objectives.
• Reports directly to National Sales Manager.

Position: Senior Network Field Engineer

We are looking for only the best senior network field engineers to join our world class technical team. Candidates should possess demonstrated hands on knowledge of heterogeneous LAN technologies and the ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment. Position responsibilities:

• Install, configure, support clients' LANs, WANs, internet systems and network segments.
• Maintain network hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain networks.
• Provide technical guidance to network support and client server specialists and plan, coordinate, implement network security measures.

For consideration, candidates must have:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years experience as a Network Engineer. OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years progressively responsible post-graduation experience as a Network Engineer plus MCSE or MCP certification.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft network environment using Microsoft servers and applications including Windows Server, Active Directory, back up and disaster recovery tools including Symantec/Veritas and ArcServe, configuration and implementation of firewalls, management and administration of switches and TCP/IP internet protocols.
