Every Support365® plan includes regularly scheduled on-site or on-Cloud (what's this?) consulting expertise, 4-hour guaranteed emergency response service, 24x7 Help Desk support and critical Cloud-based services. And if you have specialized requirements, your plan can be customized at any time. Best of all, you know your monthly costs upfront. Unlike most of our competitors, we publish every detail of our pricing right on our website. Why pay for services you don’t need?


How to choose the right Support365® plan for you.

Dataprise's Support365® managed service plans are carefully designed to offer the right combination of services and options for any size business — all for an affordable and predictable monthly fee. Below we present our most popular plans. Our Bronze and Gold plans address the needs of smaller organizations, while our Platinum level plans are ideal for larger companies with more advanced technology requirements. In addition, we offer two remote Help Desk options: 1) a lower cost option that includes a preset number of remote Help Desk incidents; and 2) an option that includes unlimited incidents. We’ll help you choose the option that best fits your needs today. You can always change it later.

Unlimited Help Desk Option

Intended for all users in your organization, provides unlimited access to our help desk, including live remote desktop monitoring and control, down to the workstation level. Pricing is on a per workstation basis (see Cloud365™ Solutions below).
