  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Solutions from Azure: In the second half of our discussion, we’ll cover Disaster Recovery and Business continuity solutions from Azure, focusing on Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.
  • Creating an Azure Tenant and Implementing Your First Workloads: In a guided workshop, Dataprise and Microsoft will assist you in creating an Azure tenant if you don’t have one and will connect it to your live environment.
  • Microsoft 300-400 Level

Do You Want to Participate in the Lab?
This is an interactive workshop so if you would like, bring your laptop with credentials for your on-premise Active Directory, or for an AD Lab you have that we can use. Also, please have remote administrative access to at least one server you’d like to back up to Azure, as a demonstration.

Meet the Presenter

Evan Doty, Microsoft Systems Architect, Dataprise

Evan Doty joined Dataprise in 2013 as a Project and Program Manager working on the Enterprise Services team. During his time on that team, he worked with a broad and diverse array of customers, leading project implementations, assisting in developing information technology plans, and working to ensure those plans were implemented. Towards the end of 2013, Evan moved to the Strategic Partnerships team, where he now works as a Microsoft Systems Architect. In this role, he works closely with Microsoft and Dell, providing strategic guidance about new technologies and how best to implement them. Evan received his BA from Pitzer College, and his MS (Information Systems) from Claremont Graduate University.
