On May 16 2018 from 10PM EST to 11PM EST, our Cloud Services team will be performing required maintenance on one of the datacenter virtual firewall clusters..

How will this impact our customers?

During this maintenance window, a small segment of customers within the Dataprise Datacenter Co-Location will experience intermittent packet loss as maintenance is performed, and firewalls are rebooted.  This may result in a drop of session from connecting to a remote desktop host, or a delay in using applications. 

Scheduled Maintenance Window:

Start: Wednesday 05/16/2018 10:00 pm EST

End: Thursday 05/17/2018 12:00 am EST
 
Our network operations center will be in close contact with the team performing this maintenance in order to closely monitor and minimize any inconvenience to you.
