Senior Director, Global Service Desk

As Senior Director of Global Service Desks at Dataprise, Jon Coughlon leads a passionate team of highly qualified support desk individuals providing support 24x7x365 for our customers across the globe. He also leads our PC Depot team responsible for the procurement and imaging of computer devices.

Prior to joining Dataprise, Jon was the Service Desk Area Manager for Innovative Technology Solutions and was responsible for all Global Service Desk operations which included large enterprise clients. Jon has also held various positions managing enterprise PC life cycle management programs and large-scale asset refresh projects for large enterprise clients.

Jon is located in Florida and works closely with our passionate service desk staff at our Port St Lucie, FL office. In his free time, he enjoys soaking up what the beautiful Florida weather has to offer.
