Dataprise Mergers and Acquisitions Team

Jeremy joined Dataprise in 2023 as Director of Corporate Development.

With seven years of experience in various M&A roles, Jeremy has supported and executed inorganic growth strategies across several industries.

Before Dataprise, Jeremy was the first Corporate Development Manager for North America at DCC Technology, a global technology and lifestyle product distributor. There, he supported the global M&A Director to source, screen, evaluate, and acquire businesses in North America, including Almo, DCC's largest acquisition in its 40+ year history. He also coordinated the post-merger integration of Almo with Stampede, a prior acquisition.
