She is a recognized leader in developing the next generation of women leaders across Cloud, AI and Cyber.  Lisa is a proven operating executive with portfolios ranging from $5M to billions in revenue across over 100 countries and staff in 21 time zones.

Lisa serves as one of two Independent Board Members at Dataprise, a PE-owned IT Service Management firm in the US.  As a strong advocate for corporate governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, she leverages her deep knowledge of technology (Cloud, AI, Cyber, etc) to enhance operational performance and ensure alignment with long-term objectives.

She retired from Deloitte where she was a Senior Managing Director for Deloitte Consulting LLP. serving as the COO of the US Alphabet Google practice and co-led Deloitte’s Healthcare sector business.  During her tenure Deloitte’s US sell-with business grew from $8M to $400M and $4M to $75M respectively while Google Cloud’s increased from $4B to over $40B.   This role is her 6th role as a leader in developing and scaling high-growth technology businesses starting with IBM.  Lisa leveraged her previous experience to design Deloitte’s partner alliance go-to-market and practice management (talent) operating models then led the management of the business to scale while engaging with clients to advise, implement, and operate Cloud and AI solutions with enterprise and technology risk, security, and ethics in mind.   While doing, she designed, developed and integrated innovative talent and training programs to scale rapidly with improved outcomes.  She routinely advises clients evaluating strategies to transform their technology and talent (e.g. in-sourcing vs outsourcing, cloud vs data center, alliance partnerships) and implement solutions that leverage the latest technology to do things they cannot do today (e.g. Big Data, AI, Mixed Reality).

Previous to Deloitte, Lisa built the Google Cloud business at Accenture, after a successful exit from a startup that she co-founded.  While at IBM, Lisa went from strategy roles to operating roles then back again in the course of designing three global programs to dramatically grow the business with new technology.  One of those programs (Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)) took a high-margin software portfolio from $30M to $4.4B over four years with a $155M investment.  Her earlier years were spent as a technologist in financial services where she was active in M&A due diligence and integration and technology strategy while developing and implementing mission-critical applications supporting $3T USD per day.

She has served on several non-profit  boards, including service as committee chair of CloudGirls.org and Vice-chair of Liberty Education Forum.  She is currently an Advisory Board member of RackN and Ignite Worldwide.  She was sponsored by Deloitte for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Accelerate program where she certified as a corporate director (NACD.DC).  Her board service is further supported by corporate governance training from Northwestern Kellogg and Deloitte’s Board Preparedness program.

Lisa attended Allegheny College on an athletic scholarship and earned her AAS in Computer Science from Jamestown Community College.  She has multiple IT-related certifications including Open Group Master IT Architect TOGAF, Cloud Computing, and AI.  Lisa lives in a restored mid-century modern home, has two dogs and enjoys cooking, entertaining, competitive cycling, and skiing.  Lisa maintains her real estate license in the state of Florida and enjoys golf as a member of Fort Lauderdale Country Club where she serves as the Vice-president of the Women’s Golf Association and is a member of the Long Range Planning Committee.
