Tell us your story on how you got into technology.

I entered the tech space through a people‑focused path. Supporting learning and growth has always mattered to me, and technology turned out to be the perfect combination of people, systems, and strategy.

How long have you been with Dataprise?

I’ve been with Dataprise for around a year now!

Can you share a little bit about what it is that you do and what a typical day for you is like?

I lead the strategy and execution of our corporate learning ecosystem, designing learning & development programs, managing our LMS, partnering with leaders to strengthen talent development, and creating learning experiences and opportunities that drive performance and growth

What advice would you give to women considering a career in the tech industry? What do you wish you had known?

You don’t need a traditional tech background to work in tech. Your perspective is valuable. Stay curious, speak up, and don’t underestimate the power of transferable skills and personal ambition.

Why do you think it’s important for more women to join the tech industry? How can the broader community support women in tech?

Diversity in tech matters because different perspectives drive stronger solutions. Supporting women through mentorship, development opportunities, and inclusive cultures helps organizations build teams that are more innovative and resilient.

What do you think is the best part of being a woman in the tech industry?

Connecting with people, problem-solving in meaningful ways, and knowing that my diverse perspective adds value to the work we do.

What is it that you enjoy most about your current job at Dataprise?

Working in a role that values continuous learning, both personally and organizationally, while helping people grow in ways that drive business success. Supporting development journeys and collaborating with others to build skills and confidence is what makes the work meaningful.

What is the best professional advice you’ve ever received?

Stay curious and never stop learning, growth comes from being open to change and feedback.

Where do you see yourself going from here?

Continuing to grow as a strategic L&D partner by leveraging my background in Learning & Development and HR to ensure learning initiatives meaningfully support talent development, leadership growth, and the organization’s long‑term mission and vision.
