Purchase Will Broaden Dataprise Client Base and
Expand Company’s Geographic Reach

Dataprise, Inc., a leading information technology (IT) services provider and systems integrator, today announced that it has acquired Innovative Business Technology (IBT), a network integration and IT consulting firm based in Fairfax, Virginia. The seven-figure deal amplifies Dataprise’s growth strategy by adding a wide variety of new Mid-Atlantic clients to its portfolio.
