About Me

I was born and raised in Maryland. I am the youngest of three; my sister has 30 years under her belt working for USDA, and my brother has 25 years under his as a network engineer. For fun, I enjoy crabbing on the Chesapeake Bay, time at the gym, restoring my 1969 Firebird, hanging out with friends, and spending time with my family.

About My Work

I have 25 years in the customer service industry. I pride myself on being organized, thorough, and someone who embraces challenge. As a Senior Account Manager, I serve as the conduit from my customer to Dataprise. I am a direct representative of my customer to my internal team.
