We’ve made some recent key adjustments to our talent acquisition strategy, including creating more inclusive job descriptions and leveraging our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) analytics to identify under-represented groups and use that data to post jobs to sites that may attract more diverse talent.

We'll push to retain our diverse talent by forming a DEI committee to serve as diversity ambassadors who will ensure the DEI strategy is executed on. Likewise, we'll conduct consistent data analysis to analyze our culture, implement additional perks/benefits that cater to a diverse and inclusive workforce, for minority groups within Dataprise, and more.

Our company is taking proactive steps to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment. We recognize the importance of data analysis in understanding our culture and identifying areas for improvement. By conducting regular data analysis, we will gain valuable insights to guide our efforts in creating an environment where every employee feels valued and empowered. Furthermore, we are dedicated to offering additional perks and benefits that cater specifically to the needs of our diverse workforce, with a focus on supporting and uplifting minority groups within Dataprise.
