Peter Walla joined the Dataprise team in 2005. As the Director of the Global Service Desk, Mr. Walla is responsible for developing, leading and motivating a team of technology professionals. Their goals are to deliver excellent technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction and efficiency.

Mr. Walla’s primary focus is to provide strategic direction, governance and change management for all aspects of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM).

As a results-oriented IT professional with over 15 years of broad experience in Information Technologies, Mr. Walla holds numerous certifications as well as a Bachelor's in Networking and a Master’s of Science degree in Communications Technology from Strayer University.
