Describe your work’s purpose and how you contribute to the company’s mission of Winning With IT.
I inform my clients of what needs to be done to keep them productive while simultaneously working with all Dataprise teams in order to ensure clients’ protection and security. I aim to provide clients with the best possible support with the understanding that Dataprise and the client are working together in order to evolve our support experience into a long-term relationship.
In what ways do you find fulfillment in the work that you do at Dataprise?
I love being able to recommend best practices to my clients to ensure their IT needs are met. When I see or hear about a client who has taken my recommendations to heart, and they start working on a project to achieve the goals I’ve set to help them succeed, I get that sense of fulfillment.
Describe your typical day at Dataprise.
Discovering, researching, recommending and recovering. I work closely with all of the Dataprise teams to put together a plan and ensure our work meets our client's expectations of Dataprise support.
Tell me about the most challenging technical project that you have been involved with in the past year.
One of our clients has over 100 corporate sites, 10+ restaurant chains, and nationwide footprint. They have multiple devices, domains, different kinds of LOB applications for multiple sites and new work flows with the Global Service Desk. This client is a labyrinth with so many different directions while I’m just attempting to meet their expectations. It’s been a great learning experience!

Dataprise keeps everyone informed, provides training opportunities to all our staff, and stays up to date on the latest and greatest in software, hardware, Information Security, and networking technologies. We definitely have a strong finger on the pulse of the IT industry.
