Dataprise, Inc., announced today that it has been selected by The Arc of Baltimore to provide on-site technical support services as an extension of their in-house staff. The Arc of Baltimore turned to Dataprise after having seen their network expand significantly from 20 users to over 200 users in less than two years. This growth in network size and complexity created the opportunity for The Arc to leverage the extensive Microsoft Windows 2000 knowledge and experience of Dataprise.

“The size, experience, technical depth, and customer-centric approach of Dataprise played a key role in their selection,” said Christian Ehrhardt, I.T. Coordinator for The Arc of Baltimore. “We feel that their overall strategy, especially assigning a Primary Engineer to our account, will enable Dataprise to effectively support the team we have in place.”

“Dataprise is pleased to welcome The Arc of Baltimore as a new client.” said David Eisner, Dataprise President & CEO. “Our track record, skilled technical resources and strong commitment to customer service are just a few of the reasons why growing organizations like The Arc are turning to Dataprise. We look forward to a long and successful relationship with this organization that provides so much value to the Baltimore community.”
