“Dataprise is proud to be the winner of Leadership Montgomery’s Well Workplace Award,” states Nicole Sheehan, HR Generalist and Benefits Specialist and manager of Dataprise’s Health and Wellness Program. “We have about 300 hard-working employees who are the reason for our success as an IT Managed Services Provider, and we want to ensure we provide them with the necessary resources to keep them healthy and happy.”

Dataprise fosters a culture of wellness through a formal program designed to create and encourage good health amongst employees. The program includes wellness activities such as onsite seminars, workshops on health, mindfulness, and financial wellness, relaxation events, gym membership reimbursement, and a rewards program where employees earn wellness points to apply to Amazon items, event tickets, and gift cards. Dataprise also encourages its employees to give back to their community and logged 7,713 volunteer hours in 2018 through their volunteer program.

“We are so proud to honor to these organizations that are making a difference through employee volunteerism.” said C. Marie Taylor, President & CEO of Leadership Montgomery. “We hope that by casting a spotlight on their tremendous efforts, more businesses will be inspired to engage their employees and give back to the local community through service.”

Dataprise was recognized on February 8th at the Leadership Montgomery Corporate Volunteer Awards Luncheon.
