Dataprise Names Clinton Weaver as Chief Financial Officer

Rockville, MD, July 10, 2023 – Dataprise, a premier provider of managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud solutions, today announced the appointment of Clinton Weaver to the position of Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Mr. Weaver will focus on building a scalable, world-class finance organization to support and accelerate the company’s strategic growth plans.

Mr. Weaver is an accomplished financial executive joining Dataprise with nearly two decades of finance and accounting experience. Previously, he was VP Finance & Accounting at security company Ntirety, where he rebuilt finance and accounting functions, implemented new systems, and completed several large and small acquisitions and mergers. Prior, Mr. Weaver served as Corporate Controller for various SaaS-based PE-backed companies, where he authored their accounting policies, presented financials, led tax prep and budget creation.
